Our honeys
Three honeys. Three corners of Greece.
GREEK HARVEST LOCATIONS
Three regions – three distinctive honeys
From Thasos Island
Pine honey
Our characterful pine honey is harvested on the forested mountain slopes of Thasos. The bees collect honeydew from the island's pine forests, which gives it a robust, warm and aromatic flavour.
- North Aegean – Island
- Harvest: July-September
From Agrafa
Fir honey
The high fir forests of the Agrafa mountains give our most exclusive honey: thick, velvety and refined, with notes of malt and caramel.
- Central Greece – Mountainous region
- Harvest: August-September
From Didymoteicho
Thorn honey
Our thorn honey, Greek Sidr, is harvested on the warm plains of Thrace around Didymoteicho. The wild thorn bushes give a full, characterful honey with fruity notes.
- Thrace – Northeastern Greece
- Harvest: June-August
Independently lab tested
Pure honey.Documented.
Every one of our honeys has been analysed by two independent laboratories: GALAB Laboratories in Hamburg (ISO/IEC 17025 accredited) and the General Chemistry Lab Pasias-Raptopoulou in Greece.
