Terms and Conditions – PYTHEAS

1. General information

This website is operated by PYTHEAS. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to PYTHEAS. By visiting our website and/or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Products

We sell raw and natural honey products. All product descriptions, images and prices may change without notice. We strive to show our products as accurately as possible, but small variations in colour or packaging may occur.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. Payment is made via Vipps MobilePay, where you can pay with MobilePay or card. Payment is charged when the order is placed.

4. Shipping and delivery

All orders are shipped with PostNord. We currently deliver within Denmark only. Delivery typically takes 1–4 business days. You can find more information on the Shipping & delivery page.

5. Returns and refunds

As we sell food products, we cannot accept returns of opened products. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at support@pytheashoney.dk with your order number and photos. We will then send a replacement or refund you.

6. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receipt if the product is unopened and in its original condition. To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@pytheashoney.dk before returning the product. The customer pays for return shipping.

7. Liability

PYTHEAS cannot be held liable for indirect damages, delays or losses beyond our reasonable control. We strive to ensure that the information on our website is correct and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that errors will not occur.

8. Privacy and data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We comply with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Danish law. Any dispute will be settled by the Danish courts.

11. Payment methods and time of payment

Payment is accepted via Vipps MobilePay, where you can pay with MobilePay or card.
For recurring payments or subscriptions, the amount is charged automatically via Vipps MobilePay at the time of sign-up and thereafter at the agreed interval (e.g. monthly).
Payment is charged in advance for the period it covers, unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.

12. Recurring payments and subscriptions

If PYTHEAS offers subscriptions or other recurring payment arrangements, this will be clearly stated before the purchase is completed.
By signing up, the customer consents to PYTHEAS automatically charging the agreed amount via Vipps MobilePay until the subscription is cancelled.

13. Cancellation and commitment period

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time by contacting PYTHEAS at support@pytheashoney.dk or via the customer account, if available.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current payment period, unless otherwise stated.
There is no commitment period unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
Amounts already paid are not refunded, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
