1. Data controller

Aletras Group ApS is the data controller for the processing of your personal data.

  • Customer and order data: name, address, email, phone, payment method (tokenised), order and delivery history.

  • Communication: enquiries via email or forms, and reviews.

  • Bookkeeping and legally required documentation (e.g. food traceability).

  • Payment provider (Vipps MobilePay).
  • Shipping partner for delivery (PostNord).
  • IT and operations providers (Shopify and apps/hosting).
  • Accountant/bookkeeper for legally required purposes.
  • Authorities, where we are legally obliged.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

6. Transfers to third countries

Shopify may process data in Canada/USA. Transfers take place on a valid legal basis (e.g. the EU Standard Contractual Clauses). We minimise data and apply appropriate security measures.

7. Retention periods

  • Order and accounting data: up to 5 years under the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
  • Support/communication: until the matter is closed plus a reasonable period.
  • Marketing data: until you withdraw your consent.
  • Cookies: according to the duration stated in our cookie settings.
