Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped exclusively with GLS to ensure fast and reliable delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

  • Denmark: 1–4 business days
  • EU Countries: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and seasonal demand.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your GLS tracking number so you can monitor delivery.

Damaged or Lost Packages

PYTHEAS Honey Denmark is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@pytheashoney.dk with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue with GLS.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the European Union. For destinations outside the EU, please contact us at info@pytheashoney.dk before placing your order.

Fragtomkostninger beregnes ved checkout baseret på din placering og ordrevægt.

Ordresporing

Når din ordre er sendt, modtager du en bekræftelsesmail med dit GLS-sporingsnummer, så du kan følge din levering.

Beskadigede eller mistede pakker

PYTHEAS Honey Denmark er ikke ansvarlig for pakker, der mistes eller beskadiges under transport. Hvis din ordre ankommer beskadiget, bedes du straks kontakte os på info@pytheashoney.dk med billeder af skaden, så hjælper vi dig med at løse sagen med GLS.

International levering

Vi leverer i øjeblikket inden for Den Europæiske Union. For levering uden for EU bedes du kontakte os på info@pytheashoney.dk inden du gennemfører din ordre.
